I had such a great stay in the winter time. The staff were friendly and exceptionally nice. The hotel had a very central location pretty close to the city centre.

the staff was fairly friendly - i will come back. everything was awesome, had a really great stay of my 16 nights on the south island. location: the hotel was next to resturants, bars, centre and the city center. dined at curry house, it was at a medium distance from the venue.

The room is reasonably large and stylish with super king bed and tea facilities plus spa bath. The staff are efficient and excellent, the location is peaceful.

I had a fantastic four-night stay, the location was convenient being close to a pub, shops, and restaurants.

Nicely decorated comfortable room. Very quiet. Use of the large kitchen, spa and pool area. Could cancel the booking within days of due date if required and get a refund.

We were very impressed by our room here. It was in a nice quiet location but still central. And with access to a pool, sauna etc. it also included breakfast but as it was only served until 9am we missed it do can't comment.

The large mirror on the wall in the living area/bedroom wasn't to our taste but otherwise it was a great room and stay.

The staff was lovely, friendly, and efficient. the pool area was nice. - the location was good and incredible, a short walk to the center of NZ and the Wood.

Reception- long line up and lady there was on the phone for about 10 minutes while the lie waited Code for gate did not work so even though breakfast was included in the price we had no access to breakfast

That I was able to come and go without having to engage with anyone. Not being unsociable but I needed the quiet time to work on projects while I was there and the size of the room, spacing and ammenities were perfect. Really appreciated the spa after long travelling. So that was great.

Nothing really and although there wasn't hot water to take a shower in the morning (i imagine it was probaly a one off.) I wasnt greatly affected otherwise great

The units were very clean, had a kettle, complimentary breakfast, and a spa bath, and the staff were friendly.

Attractive motel complex setting. Kind size bed great. Room facilities very nice.

Forget the breakfast, shouldn't be advertised in accomodation price., Communal shared in backpackers kitchen! Take your own!
